We offer train-the-trainer sessions to help your organization build internal capacity to deliver inclusive workplace trainings. The sessions are focused on experiential learning and advanced dialogic skill building. Additionally, we provide a roadmap to create sustainable programs promoting workplace inclusion through lunch and learns, dialogic discussions, and facilitated learning communities.
